Start where you are
Feel stronger in 6 weeks
6 week at home strength program for 50+
Move6 is a simple, guided 6-week strength program you can do at home, designed specifically for people aged 50 and over to help you get started, build confidence, and create a routine that works.
Each week, you’ll follow a clear plan focused on building strength, improving movement, and helping your body feel better day to day. There’s no guesswork and no pressure to keep up, just a straightforward approach you can follow at your own pace.
The program is designed specifically for people over 50, with exercises that are safe, practical, and focused on what matters most: staying strong, steady, and independent.
Whether you’re new to exercise, returning after a break, or just want a simple way to get moving again, Move6 gives you a place to start – and a structure to keep going.

This isn’t built on trends
Move6 isn’t built on trends or quick fixes.
It’s built on decades of research, real-world experience, and designed by exercise physiology experts who understand how the body changes over time.
By the end of six weeks, many people start to feel:
✔ Steadier on your feet
Move with more control. At home and out in the world
✔ Stronger in everyday life
Getting up, reaching, carrying – it all feels easier
✔ More natural energy
Less flat. More flow through your day
✔ Confidence in your body again
Not perfect. Just reliable
✔ A sense of momentum
From “I should…” → to “I am”
And even though you’re doing this at home, you’re not doing it alone.
