Allied Health

Expert support to help you move better, feel stronger, and stay independent.

Allied health that helps you stay strong, mobile and independent

At Monday Club, allied health is about helping you stay strong, mobile, and independent – without the clinical feel.

Too often, people only see a physio or specialist when something goes wrong. We take a more practical approach.

Our allied health support is designed for people over 50 who want to move well, build strength, and stay confident in their bodies. All with guidance that’s simple, personalised, and grounded in common sense.

Whether you’re recovering from an injury, managing a condition, or just want to stay ahead of decline, we’re here to support you in a way that fits your life.

Who you'll work with

Motivation meets expertise

Strength program for 50+

You’ll be supported by a team of exercise physiologists and personal trainers working together to help you stay strong, mobile, and independent.

Our exercise physiologists specialise in using movement as medicine. They understand how the body changes with age and work with you to build strength, resilience, and confidence, especially if you’re managing injuries, health conditions, or simply want to stay ahead of decline.

Alongside them, our personal trainers bring energy, encouragement, and consistency to your routine. They make sure your sessions are engaging, achievable, and tailored to your pace.

What makes Monday Club different is how closely this team works together – combining clinical insight with practical support.

So you’re not just exercising, you’re building strength, safely and confidently, with the right guidance every step of the way.

Your Allied Health Assessment

It all starts with understanding you.

Before you dive into workouts or group classes, we take the time to get to know your body, your history, and your goals. Your Allied Health Assessment is the first step in building a safe, effective plan tailored just for you.

In this one-on-one, 2 hour session with a qualified physiotherapist or exercise physiologist, we’ll:

  • Chat about your health history, current lifestyle, and any concerns
  • Run simple movement and strength tests
  • Check balance, posture, and mobility
  • Talk through what you want to achieve – not what anyone else thinks you should

From there, we’ll create your personalised program. You might work directly with an allied health professional, start sessions with a PT, or join group classes – but whatever your path, our team stays connected behind the scenes to keep everything aligned and safe.

It’s not about proving your fitness. It’s about starting from where you are, and building from there – confidently.

Everything you need, in one app.

Every Monday Club member gets access to the mywellness app, your personal wellbeing companion. From your phone or tablet, you can easily book classes, check the timetable, sign up for events, and stay updated with club news – anytime, anywhere.

But it’s more than just a booking tool. The app also stores your personalised exercise plans, tracks your progress, and keeps a record of your health history, so you and your support team can see how far you’ve come.
