The Monday Club recently welcomed members of the Balmain Rozelle Chamber of Commerce (BRCC) alongside local guests and Monday Club members, for the Strength and Social Event, an evening highlighting the importance of both physical strength and social connection.
Bringing together a diverse mix of local business owners, health professionals, creatives and community-minded residents, the event provided an opportunity to build genuine relationships, share ideas and connect with others who are passionate about contributing to the local community.

Throughout the evening, many reflected on the importance of having spaces that bring people together, foster genuine relationships and create a sense of belonging – It was encouraging to see so many people connect with the idea that strength isn’t just physical. It’s also found in community, support and meaningful human connection.
